Can I see Dave for both psychotherapy and physical therapy? 

I do see some people for both either sequentially, alternating sessions or integratively.  However, this depends on many factors and we will discuss the pro's and con's of this in person.

Does Dave take my insurance?

He may if you are a client or patient at the Center for Integrative Medicine.  You will have to contact your insurance company to find out for sure.  Remember to specify whether you are asking for coverage for physical therapy or for psychotherapy.  Ultimately, you are responsible to know your insurance coverage (you would be surprised to find out how many people do not know what their coverage is)

I do not take insurance fin my private practice.
